Apos π is nonprofit infrastructure by design. We don't extract rent from creators, and we don't answer to shareholders. Surplus doesn't leave the system β it compounds inside it. You're not funding overhead; you're funding access.

The organization has received recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). Our application for California state tax-exempt status (FTB Form 3500) is currently pending. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the California state tax treatment of their contributions until the California exemption is approved.
